born in '88.

I grew up in an era without technology and long summer evenings spent outside.

The 1988 LUT Collection is built from those memories. Each LUT is named after a piece of my childhood, a color I can still remember, and the stories that shaped how I see the world today.

Red Gum

The massive tree behind Dad’s shed that we turned into a treehouse. Inspired by the deep red tones from the bark and wood sap.

Anderson St

The street where my primary school stood. Inspired by the rich greens and golden yellows of my everyday school uniform.

GoldenEye

Named after the 007 GoldenEye video game. My brother and I would play on the Playstation my family won in a crossword competition until the console overheated. It was the only game in the house. Inspired by the golden days.

Blueberry

The motorbike my brother bought after saving up enough money from picking blueberries in the summer heat. Inspired by really early mornings at blue hour and our berry-stained fingers. The motorbike was also blue.

Kenworth

My dad's old red '85 Kenworth tipper truck that served as my alarm clock at 5 o'clock in the morning before he went off to work. Inspired by the classic reds of the paint.

Also included...

Euroa
My hometown, where it all began.
Summer’s Day
Bike rides to the creek, racing the sunset home before the streetlights turned on.
Haystack
The golden tones of the farm where my cousins and I climbed haystacks for hours.
These LUTs don't just add colour.
They evoke a feeling of nostalgia, they bring the warmth of memories, and help you intentionally tell a story in today's modern digital world.
